Jeff Clarke is our District Manager in Murrell's Inlet, SC. He was born in West Virginia and graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. He went into the insurance business in May 1985 as an agent with Prudential in Wheeling, WV.
He was promoted to Sales Manager in 1988. After winning a citation as a Sales Manager, Jeff moved to Myrtle Beach in May of 1996 where he went on to win two more consecutive citations. He built a cohesive staff of 12 people with Prudential during his 3 years in Myrtle Beach.
In February of 1999, Jeff worked with New York Life to help them rebuild a staff of agents. In his first year with Carolina Capital Management, Jeff has recruited 7 full time representatives and 4 brokers to the firm.
Jeff is involved with his church, First United Methodist Church and serves on several committees as well as singing in the choir. He is a member of the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce.
He lives in Myrtle Beach with his wife of 18 years, Kelley.

Richard is the District Manager of our West Ashley office. He most recently worked as a manager with Jefferson Pilot Insurance Company. Prior to that, he was a Managing Associate with New England Financial's downtown office and was a 3 time Top Recruiter and a 3 time Agency Builders Qualifier. He attended USC and the College of Charleston and received his Degree in Business Administration in 1991.
He lives on James Island, with his wife, Kathryn and two sons, Christopher and Henry.

Rick Lowndes is a Managing Associate in the Daniel Island location. He has over 9 years of experience in the financial
services industry and joined Carolina Capital Management in 2006. He has a BA Degree in Communications from the College of Charleston.
Rick is very active in his community and is a long time member of the Charleston Exchange Club, where he has served on the board in many capacities as well as the 2007 -2008 President. He is a native of Charleston and lives in Mount Pleasant with his son.

As the Office Manager, Gail brings over 18 years experience in the clerical field. She also brings over 8 years of experience in the insurance industry and is working towards her FMLI designation. Gail handles all of the day-to-day operations of the office as well as personnel support of the staff and agents.
Gail lives with her husband in Ladson. She is the mother of two and has two grandchildren.

Lori is our New Business Manager. She has over 7 years of experience in working with and assisting agents. She lives with her husband, Keith, in West Ashley. They have three children, Christopher, Allison, and Emily.

Sunnie joined our firm in 2004 and brings over 15 years of marketing and event planning experience in the financial services industry. As the Marketing Director, her goal is to promote the agency's image, build community awareness, assist in the development of target markets, provide support as liaison for Carolina Capital Management and local charitable organizations, and recruit new agents.
Sunnie attended Southern Wesleyan University. She is a 2 time NEF Agency Builder Award Qualifier. She lives in Mount Pleasant with her 3 children, Peyton, Logan, and Charlton.
